"We cannot recommend Jim Naulty enough! Jim helped us not only buy our new home but also sell our old house and both were smooth and stress-free experiences. Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. While we were not first-time home buyers, this was our first time buying an already lived in home, so we had so many questions and had no idea where to begin. Jim was patient, knowledgeable, and always available, even on Thanksgiving and Christmas! He truly listened to what we were looking for and when we first thought we couldn’t get the home we wanted, he set out to try and find us a different one. Thankfully, the home we wanted became available again and Jim quickly got to work and by the new year we were in our new home! Now it was time to sell our old house and once again, Jim came through! He provided expert guidance on pricing, had excellent marketing strategies, and negotiated a fantastic deal. Our house went on the market and within ONE day we not only had an offer, but above what we were asking for! I also appreciated that when he received the offer he didn’t call us in that exact moment. Jim took his time and when he had all the information needed for us to make a decision he called us and explained to us why this was a great offer and in detail. Just as when we were buying our new home, he detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand and/or explaining anything that we didn’t understand. He provided honest advice, and didn’t sugar coat the possible issues we might come across, thankfully, there were none, but the honesty was appreciated. I’m sure I’m forgetting many other great things he did for us, but in short, he was professional, proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and not once did he make us feel as we were bothering him and always kept us in the loop. If you are looking for someone motivated, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for you with helping you sell your home or buy your dream home, Jim is definitely the one to call. We definitely lucked out in meeting him and anytime anyone asks, or even when they don’t, I will always recommend him!"
